I stayed for 15 nights because ms. maya at the front desk was really good. she. manish kumar and karan verma did a great job. They kept my suite immaculate daily. the buffet spread in the hotel restaurant was included, and it became my favorite meal. abhishek and his team were always attentive.
a late-night coke zero cost seemed high, inconsistent with the hotel's reasonable prices.

My room was spacious and thoughtfully designed. I found it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was cozy. Breakfast was fresh. It had good flavors. The service reflected ITC's standards.
The breakfast buffet could have had a bit more variety. I think a few more options would improve it.

I adored how accomodating the staff was . They fulfilled my request to ensure there were no scents in the room. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Extra water was always delivered quickly when requested. I found this simple service thoughtful.
During breakfast, restocking was slow. It was a bit disappointing, because I was not able to enjoy everything I wanted! There were electric arc welding activities happening near guest areas. The hotel should have managed this better for guest safety. Some personnel had difficulty communicating in English. It caused minor issues.
